Summary:

Take on all Pedestrian and Preventive Maintenance generated sale leads, direct contact with customers and Field Technicians, prepare and provide repair proposals to our customers, provide direct support to the territory sales team. Sell and process orders.

Tasks:

· Build job repair folders

· Build, research, prepare/provide customer repair proposals

· Routine follow up calls/emails with customers on existing proposals

· Submitting approved proposals to the sales admin

· Navigate the ERP system

· Assist in proper job flow through and positive execution

· Develop goals/reach goals

Must be:

· Outstanding communication skills via email and phone.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· High level of attention to detail

· Highly organized

· Must be familiar with and MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe

This is not a remote position.
